Steven joined Shirlaws in 2007. Prior to joining he developed his own Supply Chain consultancy company and focused his support in the Pharmaceutical industry.
Steven's expertise is in coaching people in change management and developing more efficient ways of working. He has 30 years' experience in strategic procurement, business improvement and global supply chain implementation. Steven started his career at Nestle before moving to Philips Electronics and then spent the last 20 years in GlaxoSmithKline.
Steven is focusing on the supply chain in the Leisure Marine industry and is combining his global supply chain knowledge with his passion for yacht sailing and racing. Steven is a qualified Yachtmaster.
